There are so many tasks and decisions to be made on the day of a wedding! Those responsibilities can oftentimes end up falling on family, friends, or even the couple, and can hinder you from fully enjoying each moment of the day. A big part of my job is making sure everyone has a joyful experience and gets to be present!
Weddings are exciting, emotional, and sometimes a little stressful. My role as your coordinator is to bring your vision to life and handle all the behind the scenes details so you don’t have to. I want to know your priorities well enough to handle stressful moments confidently in a way that feels right for you.
To do this well, my clients cannot simply be a transaction. I like to start working together a few months before your wedding so we can thoughtfully walk through every part of your day. I want to get to know you as a couple, your style, your personalities, and what matters most to you. When your wedding day arrives, everyone can relax, soak it all in, and enjoy every moment!

Includes 3 face-to-face planning meetings so we can talk through your day and make sure nothing is missed!
Meeting 1: 90-days-out to get to know each other, review details, and start pulling everything together!
Meeting 2: 30-days-out to finalize plans/timelines
Meeting 3: Week-of-wedding phone call or in-person meeting to go over any last-minute details

A walkthrough of your ceremony & reception spaces ahead of the wedding day
Assisting with setup guidance so everything finds its place just as you envisioned
Running & organizing your wedding rehearsal

Creation of a clear, customized wedding weekend timeline
Communicating with your wedding party about arrival times, expectations, and important moments
Sharing your timeline with all necessary vendors so everyone knows what to expect
Confirming details with all vendors 1–2 weeks before the wedding
Serving as the main point of contact for vendors with additional day-of needs

On-site coordination and supervision for the entire wedding day
Keeping everything running smoothly so everyone can be present to enjoy every moment!
Problem-solving on the spot and managing any surprises, big or small
Present through the end of the celebration (10pm)
